The renovation project of G+V House, in Alta Valtellina, included a targeted intervention on several elements of the house.
Windows and doors were made of bio-brushed larch, a resistant wood suitable for outdoors, which guarantees insulation and durability. For the interior, first patina antiqued fir was chosen, a wood processed to achieve a worn yet refined look. This material was used to create the wall coverings, interior doors and all custom-made furniture.
The combination of the natural finish of larch and the antiqued look of fir creates a warm and cosy atmosphere, where traditional craftsmanship is reflected in the meticulous workmanship.
