The renovation of Villa C+R in Alta Valtellina focused on the combination of two precious woods for a result of great elegance.
For the floors and windows, we chose brushed larch, a robust wood with a strong personality, which defined the structural elements of the villa with character.
The furnishings, interior panelling and doors, on the other hand, were made of organic Swiss stone pine, an untreated wood that retains its beneficial properties and characteristic scent. This choice created a highly effective material and colour contrast, where the solidity of the larch is combined with the delicacy of the stone pine, for a high level of living comfort.
