Customisation
Each product is unique and can be customised with specific engravings on request. The additional cost varies depending on the type of customisation. The dimensions can be modified to perfectly suit the customer's needs.
Materials and availability
We use a wide range of woods, including Swiss stone pine, cedar, oak, apple, beech, walnut and larch. Woods such as Swiss stone pine (also steamed), larch, oak and cedar are almost always available; other woods may require longer waiting times. Items made of Swiss stone pine and cedar are characterised by a pleasant, lingering natural scent. All materials are natural and no paints are used.
Shipping and collection
Shipping costs vary depending on quantity, weight and destination. Free collection directly from our premises is always available.
Prices and timing
The lead time varies depending on the period and complexity of the order. The final price may vary depending on the material chosen for the realisation.
Note on craftsmanship
Any variations in the wood, such as small cracks, movement or changes in colour over time, do not constitute defects, but are to be considered natural qualities and characteristics of the material. The product and finish images on the site are for illustrative purposes; slight differences in colour or grain are a guarantee of the nature of the wood and the uniqueness of the craftsmanship.
